UAP Club - Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your download, installation, access, and use of the UAP Club mobile application, website, and related services.
A. Agreement Relationship
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your download, installation, access, and use of the UAP Club mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Service”), operated by Omu Labs Limited (“Developer”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
By accessing or using UAP Club, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should immediately discontinue use of the Service.
The Service may be distributed through third-party platforms including the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Your use of those platforms may also be subject to their applicable terms and conditions.

Features may include user profiles, event participation, messaging systems, AI-powered recommendations, QR access systems, rewards and points systems, community interactions, and other digital functionalities.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, discontinue, or update any aspect of the Service at any time without prior notice.

Rewards may expire, be revoked, or become unavailable due to inactivity, abuse, fraud, suspicious activities, or operational changes.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, rewards and points have no monetary value and are non-transferable.

You agree not to upload, share, post, transmit, or distribute any content or materials that:
- violate applicable laws or regulations;
- are defamatory, fraudulent, misleading, abusive, threatening, or harmful;
- contain hate speech, harassment, bullying, or discrimination;
- contain sexually explicit, violent, or objectionable material;
- infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other legal rights;
- contain malware, malicious code, spam, or unauthorized advertising;
- impersonate another person or entity;
- promote illegal activities or harmful conduct.
We reserve the right to review, remove, moderate, restrict, or report content and accounts that violate these standards or applicable laws.

You retain ownership of your User Content. However, by submitting User Content, you grant Omu Labs Limited a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, store, reproduce, display, distribute, and use such content solely for operating, maintaining, improving, and providing the Service.
You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to submit your User Content and that such content does not violate any applicable laws or third-party rights.

AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies, incomplete information, or unintended results. Such outputs are provided for informational and convenience purposes only.
You acknowledge that AI-generated content should not be solely relied upon for important decisions, and Omu Labs Limited makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of AI-generated outputs.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the Service without prior written permission.

The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Omu Labs Limited disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, reliability, or uninterrupted availability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Omu Labs Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from or relating to your use of the Service.

Our total liability shall not exceed the greater of:
(a) the amount paid by you to us within the three months preceding the claim; or
(b) USD $50.
