1. Description of Service
Note to Self is a mind growth platform centered on quote reading, self-reflection, and tree hole conversations. The Service provides features such as article reading, comment interaction, tree hole conversation, daily quotes, favorites reflection, and mood diary.

2. Account Responsibility
Using the full features of Note to Self requires registration and login via Email with an OTP verification code or password. You agree to: provide accurate and complete registration info; safeguard your credentials; be responsible for all activities under your account; and notify us at notetoself.support@gmail.com if unauthorized access is suspected.

3. Use Specifications
You shall not: post illegal, harassing, discriminatory, hateful, or infringing content; impersonate others; use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers; attempt to disrupt, hack, or interfere with the Service; circumvent security controls; use the Service for unauthorized commercial purposes; or harm minors.

4. Content Ownership
The copyright of articles, quotes, and tree hole replies belongs to Note to Self or its licensors. For comments and reflections posted by you, you retain ownership but agree to grant Note to Self the right to display them on the platform.

5. User Content & Community Standards
'User Content' refers to all text, comments, reflections, and other data you submit. You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting it, you grant the developer a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license solely to host, store, process, and transmit the content to operate the Service and improve quality (subject to our Privacy Policy). This license terminates when you delete your content or account.

5.1 Prohibited Content
You must not post, upload, or transmit: pornographic, nude, or non-consensual private images; content glorifying violence, self-harm, or harm to others; harassment, bullying, or threats; hate speech targeting race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or nationality; content exploiting or sexualizing minors; illegal activities; intellectual property infringement; spam or impersonation; malware or viruses.

5.2 Content Moderation
We use a combination of automated filtering and manual review to detect and address potentially objectionable content. We reserve the right to review, restrict, or remove any User Content at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if we believe it violates these community standards or applicable law.

5.3 Reporting Objectionable Content
An in-app report function is provided in the comments and community features. If you encounter content that violates these standards, you may report it directly within the App. We commit to acting on valid reports within 24 hours.

5.4 Blocking Users
You may block any other user at any time using the in-app Block function. Blocking will: immediately remove their content from your feed and prevent further contact; notify our moderation team; and take effect instantly unless unblocked.

5.5 Account Suspension & Banning
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban any account that posts prohibited content, receives multiple valid reports, or repeatedly violates these community standards, without prior notice.

5.6 Copyright Infringement
If you believe content on Note to Self infringes your copyright, please contact us at notetoself.support@gmail.com with descriptions of the work, location, your contact details, and a statement of good-faith belief of infringement.

6. Fees and Charges
Note to Self is currently a free application and does not provide in-app purchases or paid subscriptions. If we introduce paid plans in the future, we will update these terms and provide advance notice.

7. Service Disclaimer
The tree hole conversation function is for reference and companionship purposes only, and does not constitute psychological counseling, medical advice, or professional guidance. If you experience mental health issues, please seek professional medical assistance. Note to Self is not responsible for the accuracy of AI replies.

8. Intellectual Property
All software, design, trademarks, and proprietary systems of Note to Self are the intellectual property of the developer. The developer is solely responsible for investigating, defending, and resolving any third-party intellectual property claims.

9. Service Interruption & Modification
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate all or part of the Service at any time without notice. We strive for stability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided on an 'As Is' and 'As Available' basis. The developer disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the preceding 3 months.

12. Account Termination
You can delete your account at any time in the settings. Upon deletion, all user content and identifiers will be permanently deleted within 30 days. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms.

13. Terms Modification
These terms may be updated from time to time. For material changes, we will notify you via in-app notifications. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Disputes shall be negotiated in good faith, and unresolved disputes shall be submitted to the Taipei District Court as the court of first instance.

Appendix — End-User License Agreement (EULA)
This EULA governs your download, installation, and use of the Note to Self mobile application. By using it, you agree to this agreement.

A. Agreement Relationship
This EULA is concluded solely between you and the developer. It is not concluded with, and Apple Inc. is not a party to, this Agreement. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. You agree to comply with the applicable App Store terms in addition to this EULA.

B. License Scope
Subject to your compliance, the developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on devices you own or control. You may not sell, sublicense, reverse engineer, decompile, modify, remove proprietary notices, or build a competing product.

C. Description of Service

D. Maintenance & Support

G. Legal Compliance
You warrant that you are not in an embargoed or terrorist-supporting country, and not listed on any U.S. government restricted list.

H. Apple App Store Additional Terms
This EULA is with the developer, not Apple. Apple has no maintenance obligations. Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) in case of warranty failure but has no other warranty obligations. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA and have the right to enforce it.
