Magic Mirror is an AI-powered photo transformation app. It lets you upload portrait photos, choose transformation presets or custom prompts, and receive AI-generated edited images. The App uses artificial intelligence and may process facial features in your photos to produce results.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 18, you may use the App only with permission from a parent or legal guardian. In some regions, features that process faces or likenesses may require you to be 18 or older. You are responsible for ensuring you meet applicable age requirements.

Certain features require signing in with Apple. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Apple account and for all activity that occurs through your App account. You agree to provide accurate account information and to notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and share personal data. Please read it before uploading photos or generating images.

You retain ownership of photos, prompts, and other content you submit to the App ("User Content"). Magic Mirror does not claim ownership of your User Content or of the AI-generated images you receive ("Generated Content"), except for the limited rights you grant us below.

To operate the App, we need permission to host, process, transmit, and temporarily store your User Content. You grant Magic Mirror a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use your User Content solely to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the App and related services. This license includes sharing User Content with our infrastructure and AI service providers only as needed to generate results. We do not sell your photos or generated images.

This license ends when you delete the related generation from your history or delete your account, except where we must retain limited records for legal, security, or abuse-prevention purposes as described in our Privacy Policy.

You represent that you own your User Content or have all necessary rights, permissions, and consents to upload and transform it, including consent from every identifiable person shown in a photo. You are solely responsible for obtaining those permissions.

You are solely and fully responsible for all User Content you submit, all prompts you enter, and all Generated Content you receive, save, share, publish, distribute, or otherwise use. Magic Mirror provides tools only. We do not control, endorse, adopt, or approve your uploads, prompts, or Generated Content, and we are not responsible for how you choose to use them.

By using the App, you accept that AI generation is automated and unpredictable. Generated Content may be inaccurate, unintended, offensive, similar to content created for others, or resemble real people, places, brands, or works without being authentic. You use the App and any Generated Content at your own risk.

You must not use the App to create or distribute content that is illegal, deceptive, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, violent, exploitative, infringing, or otherwise harmful. This includes non-consensual deepfakes, impersonation of real people, images of minors in inappropriate contexts, nudity, and content that violates third-party intellectual property or privacy rights.

Generated Content is provided for entertainment and creative use only. It is not medical, legal, identity, employment, financial, or official advice or documentation. You must not rely on Generated Content for any decision that could affect health, safety, legal rights, reputation, employment, or finances.

We may apply automated and manual safeguards, but we do not guarantee that every prohibited request, upload, or output will be detected or blocked. Your decision to proceed with a generation, keep a result, or share it remains your responsibility.

We may apply usage limits, including a daily generation limit per account, to protect service quality and prevent abuse. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time.

Magic Mirror relies on third-party services to operate, including cloud infrastructure, authentication, storage, and AI image generation. Your content may be processed by these service providers only as needed to deliver the App. We are not responsible for interruptions, outages, errors, or policy changes caused by third-party services, and we may change providers without prior notice.

We may refuse, block, remove, or restrict content or accounts that violate these Terms, our Content and Face Use Rules, applicable law, or that pose safety or abuse risks.

DISCLAIMER. THE APP AND ALL GENERATED CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MAGIC MIRROR DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, ORIGINALITY, AND THAT GENERATED CONTENT WILL BE LAWFUL OR SUITABLE FOR YOUR INTENDED USE.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MAGIC MIRROR AND ITS OPERATORS, AFFILIATES, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, GOODWILL, REPUTATION, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP, YOUR USER CONTENT, YOUR PROMPTS, OR ANY GENERATED CONTENT, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

INDEMNIFICATION. YOU AGREE TO DEFEND, INDEMNIFY, AND HOLD HARMLESS MAGIC MIRROR AND ITS OPERATORS, AFFILIATES, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS FROM AND AGAINST ANY CLAIMS, DEMANDS, LOSSES, LIABILITIES, DAMAGES, COSTS, AND EXPENSES (INCLUDING REASONABLE LEGAL FEES) ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO: (A) YOUR USER CONTENT OR PROMPTS; (B) YOUR GENERATED CONTENT OR HOW YOU USE, SHARE, PUBLISH, OR DISTRIBUTE IT; (C) YOUR VIOLATION OF THESE TERMS, OUR CONTENT RULES, OR APPLICABLE LAW; OR (D) YOUR INFRINGEMENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY'S RIGHTS, INCLUDING PRIVACY, PUBLICITY, INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY, OR DEFAMATION RIGHTS.

RELEASE. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU RELEASE MAGIC MIRROR FROM CLAIMS AND DAMAGES OF EVERY KIND AND NATURE, KNOWN AND UNKNOWN, ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH YOUR UPLOADS, PROMPTS, GENERATED CONTENT, OR USE OF THE APP.

You may stop using the App at any time. You may delete generation history in the App. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect users, the service, or legal compliance.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the version date shown in the App and may require you to accept the updated Terms before generating new images.
