About the Role
We are building a consumer app studio focused on launching and testing new AI-native app ideas quickly.
We are looking for an AI Product Builder — someone who can take a rough product idea and turn it into a real, usable, production-ready app within days.
This is not a traditional software engineering role where detailed product specs, wireframes, and tickets are prepared in advance. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working from incomplete ideas, making product and UI decisions independently, and using AI coding tools to accelerate development.
Internally, we call this role a Vibe Coder — but the real requirement is simple:

What You Will Do
You will operate as the Mini-CTO within a 3-person “app cell unit”, working alongside a Product Lead and a GTM Lead to build and launch new consumer apps from idea to production.
Responsibilities include:
- Turn rough app ideas into working MVPs quickly
- Build first versions of mobile / web apps within short sprint cycles
- Use AI coding tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, Lovable, v0, Replit, or similar
- Make practical product decisions without waiting for full specifications
- Design clean, modern, usable interfaces without needing every screen to be fully designed by someone else
- Set up basic backend, authentication, database, payments, analytics, and deployment
- Prepare apps for TestFlight / App Store submission
- Maintain reusable app frameworks and repositories for future launches
- Refactor and clean up AI-generated code after fast builds
- Work closely with GTM / content teammates to test real user demand
What We Are Looking For
The ideal candidate should have:
- Ability to launch a first version of an app from idea to production in around 3 days, with another 2 days reserved for App Store review / fixes
- Experience building and launching several apps already
- Personal working repositories that can be reused as references for future apps
- Strong design sense and ability to produce tasteful UI independently
- Good understanding of frontend, backend, state management, authentication, and database structure
- Basic security discipline, including no hardcoded secrets, no exposed keys, proper environment variable usage, and reasonable access control
- Strong prompt engineering ability for AI coding agents
- Ability to debug, refactor, and improve AI-generated code
- Practical understanding of App Store review, TestFlight, IAP / RevenueCat, analytics, and crash reporting is a strong plus
Important Mindset
We are not looking for someone who only knows how to “ask AI to write code”.
We are looking for someone who can:
- Think like a product person
- Build like an engineer
- Design like a modern consumer app creator
- Ship like an indie hacker
- Clean up like a responsible developer
You should be able to say things like:
“This feature is too heavy for v1.”
“This onboarding flow has too much friction.”
“We can fake this first to test demand.”
“This needs to be moved to the backend for security.”
“This repo can become reusable for the next app.”
